Acrylic

Acrylics are a popular choice these days, very similar in appearance to an oil painting, but speedier and more affordable.

Oil paintings are available but take longer to create due to prolonged drying of layers and are consequently more costly.

Painted on canvas or board, oils and acrylics can be hung with, or without framing as preferred.

Graphite (pencil)

Drawing with pencil was my first love and to this day remains my favourite art medium, a graphite drawing brings out the very best of a portrait and can be a stylish addition to any modern home.

I often like to incorporate additional images to show two sides to the animal being portrayed.

Drawings require glazed framing ( not included

Watercolour

Watercolour is a
well known, traditional mediums and a great choice if you like your paintings mounted and traditionally  framed, behind glass.

However in addition to the usual paper versions I am now able to offer watercolours painted on a solid substrate and varnished to create a ready to hang painting with a contemporary vibe.

The cost of any framing is not included in my quote unless requested.
